About the Role:
As an Childcare Teacher youll be an active participant in shaping the social emotional physical and intellectual development of the children in your care. Youll lead engaging age-appropriate activities foster curiosity and create a nurturing classroom environment that supports early learning and development.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on collaborative setting and is passionate about early childhood education grounded in best practices like Project Construct and Creative Curriculum.
Schedule Options:
Monday- Friday 8 or 10 hour shifts
What Youll Do:
Provide high-quality care in a safe nurturing environment
Plan and implement age-appropriate developmentally sound lesson plans
Support kindergarten readiness through engaging curriculum
Create a clean organized and stimulating classroom
Foster open communication and strong relationships with families
Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive professional workplace
Maintain flexibility and a commitment to continuous improvement
Attend all required in-service trainings
Maintain CPR and First Aid certification
