About the Role:
- Oversee daily operations of the daycare center ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
- Manage staff recruitment training and performance evaluations to maintain high-quality education standards.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that foster childrens learning.
- Maintain compliance with state licensing regulations and health and safety standards.
- Build strong relationships with parents and families providing regular updates on childrens progress.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate childrens development and adjust programs as needed.
- Manage budgets financial reporting and resource allocation for the center.
- Promote a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages professional growth.
- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a childcare and educational leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development and best practices in early education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children staff and parents.
- CPR and First Aid certification required.
- Ability to create a nurturing and inclusive environment for all children.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to inspire a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
