What Youll Be Doing

• Lead and coordinate nightly shipping operations to ensure safe accurate and on-time order fulfillment

• Supervise and support team members providing direction coaching and real-time problem resolution

• Monitor loading activities verify documentation and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

• Collaborate with plant dispatch and logistics teams to optimize workflow and meet customer needs

• Identify process improvements and drive efficiency productivity and continuous improvement initiatives

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to lead motivate and hold teams accountable in a fast-paced production environment

• Strong knowledge of shipping logistics and inventory control practices to include rail operations.

• Proven ability to prioritize tasks make sound decisions and solve operational challenges under pressure

• Effective communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and shifts

• Commitment to safety quality and continuous improvement in daily operations

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug screen and background check

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
