What Youll Be Doing

• Operate front-end loader to move load and stockpile aggregate materials safely and efficiently

• Inspect equipment daily and perform basic preventive maintenance and reporting

• Coordinate with plant and truck drivers to ensure accurate blending loading and material flow

• Maintain clean organized work areas including haul roads stockpiles and loading zones

• Follow all safety policies procedures and environmental regulations at all times

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a fast-paced industrial setting

• Strong attention to safety detail and operational efficiency

• Effective communication and teamwork skills across crews and functions

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to identify and report equipment issues

• Reliability accountability and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Physical Demands

• Ability to sit stand and walk for extended periods during shifts

• Capability to climb ladders steps and equipment multiple times per shift

• Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds as needed

• Manual dexterity to operate controls and perform inspections

• Visual and auditory acuity to safely operate equipment and recognize hazards

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug screen and background check.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
