Schedule: Runs on a rotating 223 schedule 7am to 7pm

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Machine Operator I to join our production team. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring assigned production equipment ensuring product quality maintaining safety standards and supporting efficient manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production equipment including winders grinders hoppers and boring machines.
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
Monitor machine performance and report equipment or quality issues.
Measure weigh and examine materials and finished products.
Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
Basic math and communication skills.

Physical Requirements

Ability to frequently lift carry push and pull up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand and work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods.
