What Youll Be Doing
- Lead daily production operations to ensure safety efficiency and quality standards are met
- Monitor and optimize plant performance identifying and resolving operational issues
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to ensure equipment reliability and product consistency
- Train and mentor production staff to build a high-performing team
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

- Demonstrated leadership in a production or industrial environment
- Strong understanding of aggregate production processes and equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot operational challenges and implement effective solutions
- Commitment to safety quality and team development
- Effective communication and organizational skills
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug screen and background check
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
