Day-shift Custodial Utilities Technician

Introduction:

We are seeking a reliable and efficient utility technician to join our team and ensure that our facilities are clean and well-maintained. The utility technician will be responsible for cleaning the pits bathrooms breakrooms common areas power washing and other areas of the facility as well as performing tasks such as dusting and inventory management. The successful candidate must have strong attention to detail and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. **Must be able to work Weekends**

Schedule is Various Shifts open.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning vehicle inspection pits.
• Power washing.
• Sweeping mopping scrubbing or vacuuming floors.
• Perform tasks such as dusting cleaning glass or cleaning and stocking bathrooms.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate team members.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Other duties assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills.
