POSITION SUMMARY

Jefferson Radiologya Radiology Partners practice is seeking aPediatric Radiologistto join our team in Hartford Connecticut.

• Full-time Pediatric Radiologist capable and willing to read non-subspecialty diagnostic imaging.
• Comfortable with all aspects of Pediatric Radiology (plain film fluoroscopy ultrasound CT and MRI)
• Desire to work in a collaborative environment with the local pediatricians and pediatric surgeons is required.
• Work Schedule
  • Weekdays - Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm or 10am to 7pm shifts
  • Weekends - On average 11 weekends per year
• Call Schedule
  • Weeknight and Weekend call
  • Weekend call to be combined with the weekends he/she is already scheduled to work
• Subspecialty support for interventional procedures neuroradiology and musculoskeletal MRI is available.
• After hours coverage is supported by the Emergency Radiology division.

• Teaching opportunities available with Radiology residents from Hartford Hospital the University of Connecticut and St. Vincents Hospital

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Doctor of medicine (MD) or Osteopathy (DO)
• Board Eligible or Certified American Board of Radiology (ABR) or American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR)
• Residency Trained ACGME Accredited Radiology Program
• One year of Post-Residency Fellowship Training in Pediatric Imaging
• CAQ Preferred
