DataOps Platform Engineer

Job Summary:
The DataOps / Platform Engineer is responsible for the overall operational health reliability backup and archiving and strategic planning of UVM Healths enterprise analytics data platform. This role ensures that the Microsoft Fabric environment and related data infrastructure is stable well-monitored appropriately backed up and optimized for the needs of a growing analytics organization. The DataOps / Platform Engineer also leads the exploration and onboarding of new data sources working with business stakeholders and data engineers to assess feasibility and plan technical integration.

Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Data Engineering or related field required.

Experience:
4 years of experience in data platform operations DataOps or cloud infrastructure roles.
Experience with Microsoft Fabric Azure infrastructure or equivalent cloud data platforms.
Experience designing and managing backup archiving and disaster recovery processes.
Familiarity with job scheduling monitoring and alerting tools.
Experience working in agile product delivery preferred.
