What Youll Do
As a Datacenter Access Management Specialist you will be responsible for supervising and managing physical access control systems to ensure operational effectiveness across critical data center environments. This position will be based in Richardson TX and plays a key role in supporting data center operations and security program management by ensuring secure compliant and efficient management of employee contractor vendor and visitor access while supporting business continuity and security objectives. The ideal candidate is personable dedicated and equipped to lead the governance and administration of physical access controls with strong customer service skills and excellent communication aligned with our core values of Integrity Vigilance and Helpfulness.

• Manage physical access programs badge administration and access permissions for employees contractors vendors and visitors in critical data center environments.
• Lead governance and administration of physical access controls to ensure secure compliant and efficient operations.
• Oversee and support security compliance audits and access governance activities related to enterprise access control systems (Lenel preferred).
• Maintain edit and submit digital metric platforms including Excel Smartsheet Power BI and PowerApps.
• Communicate and coordinate inventory equipment record keeping and related matters to ensure smooth delivery of services and support business continuity and security initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Experience working in or supporting critical data center environments.
• Additional experience with digital metric and reporting tools (Smartsheet Power BI PowerApps).

The salary range for this role is from $60000 to $80000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on factors such as candidate experience and skills.
