Databricks Genie Specialist San Jose, CA (JK)

We are seeking a Databricks Genie Specialist focused on building agentic AI workflows enterprise copilots and automated business processes. You will work closely with product engineering and business teams to deliver nextgeneration AI automation.

• Build Genie agents for workflow automation copilots and enterprise tasks.

• Design agentic AI architectures using Databricks Workflows Delta Lake and Genie pipelines.

• Implement retrieval pipelines context orchestration and multiagent systems.

• Integrate Genie agents with enterprise systems (APIs databases SaaS tools). Should have Agent development to Production experience.

• Optimize agent performance reliability and safety.

• Build monitoring dashboards for agent behavior drift and performance.

• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure highquality data inputs.

• Work with product teams to design userfacing AI experiences.

• 8-10 years in data engineering ML engineering or AI automation

• Must have handson project experience with Databricks Genie agentic AI LLM orchestration

• Strong knowledge of Spark Delta Lake Python SQL

• Experience building workflow automation or enterprise copilots

• Experience with LangChain agents Mosaic AI or LlamaIndex

• Background in enterprise automation or RPA

• Experience integrating AI with SaaS platforms (Salesforce ServiceNow etc.)

You will build agentic AI systems that automate complex workflows reduce operational burden and unlock new enterprise capabilities.
