Job Summary
HTii (Holmes-Tucker International Inc.) is seeking a Database Analyst / Administratorto support NAWCWDChina Lake CA.
Duties
- Help manage the Test Information Management System at NAWCWD.
- Provide desktop application development documentation and maintenance support.
- Develop modify and manage relational databases.
- Design develop test and maintain applications to meet current and future business requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Highly proficient in desktop computer applications:
- Microsoft Access or SQL Server
- Visual Basic for Applications
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong computer and database administration and development skills.
- Detail oriented with knowledge of UI design.
- Possess analytical and technical skills appropriate for direct support of military flight testing.
- Strong organizational written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced deadline-oriented work environment.
- Familiarity with military flight test environment a plus.
- Must be a U.S. citizenship
- Must have or be able to obtain a Secret clearance
Education
- Associate degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field from an accredited college or university. Experience may substitute for degree please inquire for further information.
