Database Administrator

Position is contingent upon contract award and funding.

Entarian is seeking an experienced Database Administrator. This role works closely with engineering operations cybersecurity program management and government stakeholders to ensure critical information is readily accessible current and aligned with program objectives.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Verifying the contents of the databases are consistent among the different systems
• Providing the expert knowledge required to ensure database integrity and database replications
• Act as the main lead in troubleshooting problems and inconstancies causing system errors

Salary Range: $115000.00 - $130000.00

• Active Secret security clearance (TS/SCI preferred depending on program requirements).
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Information Management Business Technical Communications Library Science or a related discipline. Equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 5 years database management experience in large or mission-critical environments high volume transaction systems or multi-tenant architecture.
• Experience in Oracle SQL or PostgreSQL (PostgreSQL is current database format used for WSOMS)
• Experience designing configuring and optimizing LAN/WAN architectures; implementing high-availability and fail-oversolutions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word PowerPoint Excel Outlook and SharePoint.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% to support customer locations workshops and operational activities.
