What Youll Do
Conduct data analytics data engineering data mining exploratory analysis predictive analysis and statistical analysis in support of USCYBERCOM J2 intelligence operations
Use scientific techniques to correlate data into graphical written visual and verbal narrative products that enable more informed analytic decisions
Proactively retrieve and analyze information from diverse sources to deepen understanding of complex data sets
Build AI tools that automate intelligence processes and developML-based systemssuch as recommendation engines and automated lead scoring systems
Perform statistical analysis apply data mining techniques and build high-quality prediction systems
Develop and update data visualizations usingPower BIandTableau
Manage and merge disparate data sources usingR Python orSQL
Apply expertise in large dataMulti-INT analytics machine learning and automated predictive analytics
Collaborate with Data Analysts and Collection Managers to identify tool development needs and prioritize capability gaps
Author and maintain Operating Instructions (OIs) for Command-wide programs and initiatives

What You Bring
Required:
ActiveTop Secret/SCI (TS/SCI)clearance with Polygraph
12 years w/o a degree or 10 years with AS/AA or 8 years with BS/BS or 6 years with AS/AA or 3 years with PhD
Working knowledge of data science methodologies machine learning and IC/DoD classification guidelines
Demonstrated ability to produce timely logical and concise analytic reports and data products
Proficiency in data science languages:Rand/orPython
Experience with data visualization tools:Microsoft Power BIandTableau
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences
Preferred:
Experience withPower BI Tableau R Python andSQLin an intelligence or national security context
Background in large dataMulti-INT analytics machine learning or automated predictive analytics
Experience managing and merging disparate data sources across classification domains
Familiarity with statistical analysis methodologies and data mining algorithms
Knowledge of IC data standards and intelligence community data architectures
12 yearsof relevant experience including work within the last 2 years
Masters degreein a related field ora Bachelors degree plus 5 additional years of senior-level experience (17 years total)

Target Salary Range
$135000 - $216000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the individuals experience education knowledge skills and competencies as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position employees may be eligible for overtime shift differential and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
