Location: Orlando FL - hybrid - 3 days onsite

Key Responsibilities
- Develop enhance and optimize statistical and machine learning models to improve accuracy and business outcomes
- Analyze large-scale healthcare datasets includingclaims and consumer data to generate actionable insights
- Apply statistical methods such as:
- Hypothesis testing (t-tests etc.)
- Regression analysis
- Advanced modeling techniques
- Build and maintaindata pipelines and analytical datasetsusing SQL and cloud-based platforms
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business problems into data-driven solutions
- Createad hoc reports and dashboardsto support leadership decision-making
- Provide analytical rigor and ensure models meet academic and statistical best practices
- Present findings and insights to business and clinical stakeholders with potential participation in conferences and external forums
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Mathematics or related field
- Healthcare industry experience required specifically:
- Claims data across payers/providers
- Strong experience with:
- SQL (must-have)
- Data analysis and statistical modeling
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and communicate complex insights clearly
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters degree (strongly preferred)in Data Science Statistics or related field
- Experience with:
- Snowflake(preferred)
- Python or similar programming languages
