Data & Reporting Analyst

We are hiring Data & Reporting Analyst for one of our clients in Santa Clara CA.

Job Description:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting and dashboard requirements.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
• Design and build agentic solutions using AI tools (Lovable Claude Cursor)
• Assist business users in developing AI solutions and guide them on best practices (connectivity security governance)
• Translate business needs into technical data models and reporting solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy consistency and alignment with business objectives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and support data-driven decisions.

Senior Data System Analyst

• 10 years of experience in data analytics and business analytics.
• Technical expertise regarding data models database design development data analytics and segmentation techniques. Experienced in SQL Python PowerBI and Tableau.
• Experienced with cloud environments (AWS Azure Databricks etc).
• Ability to communicate optimally with business users and translate business needs into technology solutions. Ability to connect with all team members successfully and effectively.
• Knowledge in operational processes in chips boards systems and servers with a view of the data landscape.
• Proficiency in Tableau or Power BI report development and scripting.
• Skilled in DAX Tableau LOD expressions custom calculations and SQL.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving communication and documentation skills.
• Track record of using modern AI tools and agents (e.g. Lovable Claude Cursor)
