C&A Sportswear is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Data Records Assistant to support our administrative team by maintaining accurate digital records and entering business data into company systems. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is organized dependable and comfortable working independently from home. The successful candidate will help ensure customer inventory and order information is accurate and up to date while supporting daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update customer order and inventory records in company databases.
• Review data for accuracy and correct errors when identified.
• Organize and maintain digital files and company records.
• Process routine data entry requests in a timely manner.
• Assist with preparing reports and spreadsheets as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
• Communicate with team members regarding missing or incomplete records.
• Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous data entry or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
