Job Summary
We are seeking a Data Operations Specialist to join our remote operations this role you will be responsible for managing data pipelines ensuring data accuracy and integrity and optimizing processes to support our consulting teams and clients. This is a critical role that bridges technical data management with business operations.
Data Pipeline Management: Build maintain and troubleshoot data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure reliable data flow across systems.
Data Quality & Validation: Implement and maintain data validation protocols to ensure accuracy and integrity of data used for reporting and decision-making.
Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency reduce errors and automate manual tasks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering analytics and business teams to understand data requirements and resolve issues.
Documentation: Create and maintain standard operating procedures data dictionaries and process documentation.
1 years of experience in data operations data analytics or a related role.
Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and troubleshooting.
Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI Looker Studio or Metabase.
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and manipulation.
Experience with ETL processes and data pipeline tools.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in customer service client support or call center role (financial services or consulting experience is a plus). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively. Professional and customer-focused attitude. Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning new systems. Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated quiet home office setup. Preferred Experience in a consulting professional services or B2B environment. Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot). Typing speed of 40 WPM or higher. Understanding of data privacy and the importance of handling sensitive information.
