Job Description & Skill Requirement:
Strategic technology leader (8 years experience) responsible for planning designing and executing the secure transfer of data from legacy systems to Databricks System
Key Responsibilities
Architecture Design: Create high-level blueprints and pipelines (e.g. Medallion Architecture) using enterprise tools like SQL Server SSIS AWS DMS or SAP Data Services.
Risk Mitigation: Identify and neutralize vulnerabilities regarding data loss corruption and security compliance.
Mapping & Modeling: Define canonical data models mapping standards and data lineage frameworks.
Quality Assurance: Design data validation reconciliation and audit control mechanisms to guarantee financial and operational accuracy.
Leadership: Lead data engineering teams collaborate with business stakeholders and manage post-migration support.
Core Requirements & Skills
Technical Expertise: Hands-on proficiency with ETL tools cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure) and programming languages like Python or PySpark.
Database Management: Deep understanding of relational (RDBMS) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases and data warehousing concepts.
Domain Knowledge: Specialized expertise in migrating major enterprise platforms such as SAP (e.g. SAP MDG Syniti) Oracle Health or Salesforce.
Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management project risk management and the ability to convert complex business rules into technical specifications
