Welo Data is seeking a Data Labeling Associate (Marathi) to support the evaluation and improvement of cutting-edge AI systems.
Schedule: Full-time (40 hrs/week)
Employment Type: W2 Full-Time Employee
Contract: 1 Year (Extension Possible)
Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated content and provide structured feedback
- Review data quality and identify trends issues and edge cases
- Apply evaluation guidelines and improve quality standards
- Collaborate with teams to enhance AI model performance
Requirements
Native-level Marathi proficiency
Bachelors degree or higher
B2 English proficiency
1-2 years of professional writing experience
Strong analytical critical thinking and communication skills
Experience in AI/GenAI QA data quality annotation or related fields is a plus
Important
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship)
- Must be able to commute to one of the listed locations
- Remote work is not available
Pay: $34/hour
