Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured feedback.
- Review data quality identify errors trends and edge cases.
- Apply and improve evaluation guidelines.
- Document findings and communicate insights.
- Collaborate with leads and stakeholders to enhance AI performance.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or higher.
- Native-level language proficiency and B2 English.
- 1-2 years of professional writing experience.
- 2 years of experience related to GenAI safety data quality QA annotation or analysis.
- Strong critical thinking attention to detail and communication skills.
- Interest in AI and ability to work with evolving guidelines.
