About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in strengthening how a human services division uses data to improve outcomes for individuals and families. The Data Integration & Quality Specialist will help build more consistent reliable and meaningful data practices across programssupporting better decision-making stronger compliance and more effective service delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of systems people and purpose and is motivated to turn data into insight and impact.

Job Qualifications

We are seeking a candidate with 24 years of experience in data management reporting or program evaluation who brings both technical skill and a passion for using data to improve outcomes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with databases or case management systems such as Apricot HMIS or similar platforms and a strong ability to analyze data identify trends and solve complex problems. This role requires someone who can translate data into meaningful insights and communicate effectively with non-technical audiences including program staff and leadership. Experience in human services housing or nonprofit settings is essential along with a solid understanding of performance measurement and KPI tracking. The successful candidate will also have experience in training or facilitation and a demonstrated ability to support and empower staff to adopt strong data practices and use systems effectively.
