CHIAseeksahighly organized hands-ontechnicalleaderto serve in the Data Services organization as theData Integration is a Player-Coachrole reportingdirectly to theAssociateDirectorof Master Data Management.
TheDataIntegrationManageris responsible formanaginga team of 5-6data engineerswhile activelyparticipatingin development work. You will overseeourETL processesdesign and writeETL code as neededandmanagetheteamto build scalable data solutionswithin ourTalend and Snowflake candidateis someone who wants tomaintaintheir technical depthandbalancesome amount ofhands-on workwhileprovidingtechnical guidanceso thatteam members are supported in their professional growthandprojects are delivered successfully.
This role is a key member of theData Servicesteam helping to advanceagency priorities strengthenouroperational execution andsupporting the organizations enterprise data platforms and analytics capabilities.

People Leadership & Team Development
Maintain your technical acuity by actively designing and developing code in our Talend (Qlik) data integration and management platform against a Snowflake cloud data platform while providing direction to the team.
Lead mentor and develop a team of 5-6data engineers and integration developers.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings performance reviews and career development discussions.
Establish clear goals expectations and accountability measures for team members.
Foster a culture of collaboration continuous learning innovation and customer service.
Balance team workloads and priorities to ensure sustainable delivery and operational support.
Identifyskill gaps and create development plans to strengthen team capabilities.
Support employee engagementand inclusivityinitiatives and promote a positive team culture.
Delivery & Project Leadership
Leadthe execution of data integration platform enhancement and modernization initiatives.
Partnerwith Associate Director to coordinate project activities across technical teams business stakeholders and vendors.
Manage project priorities resource allocation timelines and risks ensuring that commitments are realistic understood and consistently met.
Communicate clear status updates to leadership and stakeholders while driving continuous improvement in delivery and operational processes.

Technical & Platform Leadership
Provide technical oversight and guidance for enterprise data integration and data warehouse solutions.
Ensure adherence to development standards data governance requirements security controls andoperational bestpractices.
Partner with senior technical staff toadvanceplatform optimizationmodernization and adoption of relevant emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technologyor Data Science.
Five (5) or more years of progressive experience in data engineering data integration analytics platforms or related technical disciplines.
Twoor more years of directpeopleleadership experience.
Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and modern data engineering concepts.
Experience supporting enterprise data integration ETL/ELT or data warehouse environments.
Demonstrated success leading technical teams in a complex enterprise environment.
Experiencemanaging technical projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Effective communication coaching and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
Experience withQlikTalendIBM DataStageSnowflake or similar enterprise data platforms.
Threeyears experienceworking for a health data organization.
Knowledge of HIPAA healthcare data governance and compliance requirements.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices.

At CHIA we foster a flexible collaborative environment offering a hybrid model that balances in-person and remote work. Our hybrid model includes working from our vibrant Boston office at 501 Boylston Street for at least two designated days per week with the flexibility to work remotely on others.

Total Compensation:
We value the talent andexpertiseyou bring tothis role andoffer a competitive salary range of $115000$130000. Salary will becommensuratewith may adjustthetitle responsibilities and salarybasedon the experience andexpertiseof the individual selected.
