Data Governance and Controls Team Data Management Lead

As a Data Management Lead with the Governance and Control Team you will provide senior leadership in delivering business impact through the governance and execution of privacy requirements and operate in a high-profile environment partnering with Payments leadership product teams and Privacy stakeholders to deliver on CIB objectives and strengthen the firms privacy control framework.

Required qualifications capabilities and skills:

• Deep expertise in privacy laws and regulations and experience leading privacy program implementation and advising on privacy requirements
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change across diverse teams
• Ability to articulate clear risk-based rationale for process and product decisions across geographically dispersed teams
• Lead strategic initiatives to mature the CIB privacy program advise on privacy requirements for new business and change initiatives with a strong focus on Payments.
• Ensure consistent execution of privacy and data protection requirements including privacy impact assessments procedures and job aids.
• Represent the business in relevant committees and forums provide transparent governance reporting and metrics and support readiness for regulatory exams compliance testing and audits.
• Guide the design and implementation of controls to mitigate privacy risk including Data Protection Impact Assessments.

Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills:

• Experience in banking or financial services
• Privacy certification (e.g. CIPP)
