This role is limited term and may have a specified end a Data Entry/Program Assistant you will provide administrative and clerical support to the Family and Community Support Services Teaching Together Home Visiting (TTHV) program. This position supports CAPSLOs mission by providing support to the Family and Community Support Services staff who work with clients and help them achieve were looking for in an ideal candidate:High school diploma or years of experience in office management and clerical duties or an equivalent combination of education and in Microsoft Excel including creating spreadsheets and tracking in English and Spanish not required but a plus!Depending on the department assigned a valid California drivers license a current DMV driving record and proof of insurance may be required to fulfill job-related travel.
