We are currently seeking a meticulous and highly organised Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis in San Antonio Texas United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting updating and maintaining critical information across our company databases playing a vital role in our operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Accurately and efficiently enter a high volume of data from various sources into our companys databases.
Review data for deficiencies or errors correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
Maintain data integrity by performing regular checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Generate reports store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations.
Uphold strict confidentiality and data protection policies when handling sensitive information.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve data-related issues and ensure a smooth workflow.
Support administrative tasks and projects as required.

Qualifications
Proven experience in a data entry or similar administrative role.
Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with a strong command of MS Excel.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further qualifications in a relevant field are an asset.
