DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST

Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our this role you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems and maintaining our databases. This is a full-time position with potential for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately enter data into our systems from various sources including paper documents electronic files and web forms

- Review and verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system

- Maintain and update databases with new information and changes as needed

- Ensure data integrity and security by performing regular backups and audits

- Respond to data inquiries and requests from other team members in a timely manner

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure data is accurate and up-to-date

- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in data

- Keep track of all data entry activities and report on progress and issues to management

- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree in a related field preferred

- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a similar role

- Proficient in using computer systems and data entry software

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Familiarity with real estate terminology and practices is a plus
