• Accurately enter update and maintain company data and records
• Review information for accuracy completeness and consistency
• Process documents spreadsheets reports and digital files
• Maintain organized electronic records and databases
• Verify data discrepancies and resolve information errors
• Assist with reporting tracking and administrative data requests
• Support internal teams with data management and documentation needs
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1 years of data entry administrative or office support experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Word Outlook and data management systems
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while supporting team goals

• Experience with spreadsheets databases or CRM systems
• Background in administrative support operations accounting or customer service
• Experience handling confidential or business-critical information
