We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team.

Position Overview:

As a Data Entry Specialist you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of our clients properties and transactions. You will be responsible for entering data into our systems verifying its accuracy and ensuring that all information is organized and easily accessible. This is a full-time position with regular office hours.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter data into our systems accurately and efficiently

- Verify the accuracy of data and make necessary corrections

- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files

- Update and maintain databases and spreadsheets

- Communicate with team members and clients to obtain missing or incomplete information

- Ensure all data is properly backed up and secure

- Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed

- Other administrative tasks as assigned by the management team

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a similar role

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Able to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
