Job Summary

EMCOR Government Services is seeking a Data Entry Specialist 1inBethesda MD. The Data Entry Specialist 1 major duties and responsibilities include generating tracking metrics and productivity reports for distribution. The work schedule is Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm. This position is covered by the CBA for Local 99.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Maintain and operate in CMMS
  • Provide customer support to clients who schedule service work orders
  • Support dispatching and administering work orders to facility personnel (mechanics engineers etc.)
  • Maintain current work order tracker and pull data from CMMS to organize important information
  • Update equipment machinery structural and systems data into the CMMS
  • Monitor/update work orders and PM Program database
  • Track/file projects
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum two years of experience in data base management/entry
  • Proficient in data entry
  • Meticulous and detailed oriented
  • Great communication and customer service skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Team first mentality
  • Must have a TS/SCI with Fullscope Polygraph
