Job Summary

Responsibilities



Data Management and Reporting

  1. Entermaintain and verify client program and organizational data withininternalandexternaldatabases and reporting systems.
  2. Submit required data and reports to external funders grantors and regulatory agenciesin accordance withestablished deadlines.
  3. Compile organize and prepare data for grant reports program reports audits quality improvement activities and other organizational reporting needs.
  4. Monitor data quality and integrity byidentifying researching and correcting missing incomplete or inaccurate information.
  5. Generate recurring and ad hoc reports for Program Directors leadership andotherauthorizedstaff;asdeterminedbysupervisor.
  6. Assiststaff with data collection documentation and reporting requirementsacrossprograms;asdeterminedby supervisor.
  7. Assistwith internal and external audits related to client records grant requirements and program reporting.
  8. Ensure compliance with organizational policies grant requirements accreditation standards and applicable confidentiality regulations.
  9. Maintainorganized documentation supporting reporting auditing and compliance activities.
  10. Identifyreporting trends discrepancies and potential compliance concerns and communicate findings toappropriate staff.

Education Training SkillsKnowledgeand Abilities

  1. Relevant professional experience in data entry data management reporting systems administrative support ora relatedfield.
  2. Experience with data entry database management reporting systems or administrative support preferred.
  3. Advancedproficiencywith computer systems including Microsoft Office applications.
  4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  6. Ability tomaintainconfidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information.
  7. Strong organizational analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with staff across multiple departments.
