Key Responsibilities:

- Enter and update data into our databases accurately and efficiently

- Verify and correct any discrepancies in data

- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files

- Retrieve and review data from various sources to ensure accuracy

- Create and update spreadsheets and reports as needed

- Follow data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy

- Communicate with team members to resolve any data-related issues

- Continuously identify and suggest improvements to streamline data entry processes

- Adhere to company confidentiality and security policies when handling sensitive information

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience as a data entry specialist or similar role

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Fast typing skills and attention to detail

- Ability to handle large volumes of data accurately and efficiently

- Excellent organization and time-management skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
