DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent data entry skills strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately enter and update data in our database including property listings client information and financial records

- Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system

- Organize and maintain physical and digital files

- Communicate with team members to ensure data is entered correctly and in a timely manner

- Assist with creating and updating reports and spreadsheets

- Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies

- Keep up-to-date with company policies and procedures related to data entry

- Other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field preferred

- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a similar role

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Real estate industry experience is a plus
