Data Entry Clerk – Warehouse Operations

We are hiring Data Entry Clerks for a warehouse and logistics operation in Coppell TX.

Important: This is a warehouse-based position and is NOT a traditional desk-only data entry job. Candidates must be comfortable performing data entry and system transactions while also supporting hands-on warehouse operations including receiving inventory picking shipping and material handling.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity paying $18.00 per hour. We are looking for dependable detail-oriented candidates who can work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and are willing to assist the team wherever needed.

• Accurately enter and maintain shipment inventory and warehouse information
• Complete transactions in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other assigned systems
• Receive stock select pull inventory and ship customer-owned materials
• Assist with loading and unloading materials
• Perform cycle counts and inventory control duties
• Process shipping and receiving documentation
• Support LTL shipments and Bills of Lading (BOLs)
• Follow customer account requirements and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Handle serialized electronics and other customer materials
• Operate warehouse equipment as assigned including reach trucks stand-up counterbalance forklifts order pickers pallet equipment and hand carts
• Support receiving picking shipping inventory and other warehouse functions as operational needs arise
• Follow all warehouse safety and material-handling procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 13 years of related warehouse logistics shipping/receiving inventory or data entry experience
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of warehouse storage and material-handling procedures
• Understanding of warehouse safety practices
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment and perform hands-on operational duties
• Reliable attendance and ability to work the required schedule

• 3 years of related warehouse or logistics experience
• Forklift certification
• Reach truck experience
• Stand-up counterbalance forklift experience
• Electric order picker experience
• Inventory control and cycle counting experience
• LTL shipping experience
• Transportation Management System (TMS) experience
• Experience working with Bills of Lading (BOLs)

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Some weekend availability may be required based on business needs.

Applicants must be comfortable with the anticipated transition from the Coppell location to the Fort Worth location.

Contract / Temp-to-Hire

This position offers the opportunity to transition to permanent employment based on performance attendance business needs and other applicable factors.
