We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a full-time this role you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems and ensuring the integrity and security of our companys information.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter data from various sources into our database accurately and in a timely manner

- Verify and correct any errors or discrepancies in data

- Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures

- Ensure data is stored securely and confidentially

- Communicate with team members to resolve any data issues or discrepancies

- Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed

- Keep up-to-date with company policies and procedures and make suggestions for improvements to the data entry process

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role

- Excellent typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data programs

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
