Responsibilities
Enter update and maintain data in company databases and internal systems.
Review source documents for accuracy and completeness before data entry.
Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure accurate records.
Organize scan and maintain electronic and physical files as needed.
Generate reports and retrieve information from databases upon request.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of data entry tasks.
Follow company policies procedures and quality standards.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in data entry administrative support or office operations preferred.
Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and Word.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
Experience using databases CRM systems or enterprise software.
Familiarity with document management and recordkeeping practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
