Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a full-time basis. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data in our companys systems. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter and update data in our companys systems accurately and efficiently

- Verify data accuracy and identify any discrepancies

- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files

- Communicate with team members to ensure timely and accurate data entry

- Assist with data analysis and reporting as needed

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

- Other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a similar role

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
