Position Overview:

As a Data Entry Clerk you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our company database. This includes inputting information from various sources such as paper documents digital files and online forms. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating existing data as well as performing regular data backups to ensure the integrity of our database.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter and maintain accurate data into our company database

- Verify and correct any errors or discrepancies in the data

- Organize and file physical and digital documents

- Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity

- Communicate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness

- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
