Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to assist with a special office project expected to last approximately 1.5 to 2 weeks. This is a full-time short-term opportunity offering Monday through Friday hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm with a one-hour lunch break.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys focused computer-based work and takes pride in accuracy. The office offers a laid-back atmosphere with a busy fast-paced environment where the workday goes by quickly. The team values a positive attitude attention to detail and individuals who can stay focused while completing repetitive tasks.

Job Duties:

• Accurately entering data into company systems
• Copying and pasting information between documents and databases
• Updating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
• Reviewing data for accuracy and completeness
• Assisting with general office support as needed
• Maintaining confidentiality while handling company information

This opportunity is a great fit for someone who is comfortable working independently enjoys repetitive computer work and has a strong eye for detail. Previous data entry or office experience is helpful but not required for someone with solid computer skills and the ability to learn quickly.

Requirements:

• Basic computer skills including copy and paste functions
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to remain focused while completing repetitive tasks
• Friendly dependable and reliable work ethic
• Ability to work Monday through Friday 8:00am5:00pm
