DATA ENTRY CLERK

Position: Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data in our companys database. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter data into our companys database accurately and efficiently

- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness

- Maintain electronic and paper records of all data entered

- Respond to data inquiries and requests from other team members

- Identify and correct any errors or discrepancies in data

- Keep track of all received data and source documents

- Follow data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy

- Communicate any issues or concerns with data to the appropriate team members

- Keep confidential information confidential and follow data security protocols

- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role

- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

- Familiarity with real estate terminology is a plus
