Salary: $80000-$95000
Position Summary:
- Conduct data ingestion validationand analysis to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of ISTO programs.
- Develop reports dashboards and data visualizations to communicate key findings and trends to stakeholders.
- Analyze program data for trends and anomalies to inform proactive adjustments focusing on continuous program and process improvements through technology enhancements automation system updates and responses to new legislation.
- Coordinate and oversee information exchanges with external vendors and governmental partners utilizing secure transfer methods (SFTP/FST) to support and enhance ISTO business practices.
- Supportspecific Unclaimed Property initiatives including Money Match and the Direct Mail program.
- Support ISTOs data integrity and security policies by ensuring compliance with data management best practices.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably related to the duties enumerated above
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect organize analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel SQL Python or R.
- Familiarity with data visualization software such as Tableau Power BI Looker or similar tools.
- Experience in database management data cleaning and data validation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings clearly.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with public sector programs especially in financial or community services is a plus.
- Familiarity with GIT GitHub (or similar) and CI/CD best practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud-based environments like Microsoft Azure or Amazon AWS is a plus.
- Must possess a strong understanding of business process/operations and ability to maintain strong relationships with all levels of staff including Management Compliance Legal and Executive Leadership.
