Provides customer support to various areas within the company as DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Enters data for customer routine and non-routine cards including discrepancies and corrective accurate accounting of documents in both ATS and customer computer -files paperwork in various sequence requirements for scanning documents and sending to paperwork for scanning performs scanning basics and reassembles completed paperwork for shipping to up preliminary items for data entry and scanned records to be used throughout the other duties as REQUIREMENTS:To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Ability to type at minimum 50 to operate general office equipment including personal computer and copy knowledge of MS Office (Outlook Word Excel).Ability to solve practical to use time customer service to file paperwork in alphabetical and numerical to communicate effectively both verbally and in to read comprehend and interpret documents in order to perform data entry and filing to carry out a variety of instructions furnished in written oral diagram and schedule to deliver high quality work and be data entry AND EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) experience and/or training EFFORTAND DEXTERITY: While performing the duties of this job the employee will be required to sit; use their hands and arms; and talk or hear; and focus on objects close up. The employee will also be required to stand walk stoop kneel crouch or crawl. The employee may be required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. COMPENSATION:The full base pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00 hourly not including bonuses or benefits. Your pay will be based on your experience skills and education as well as internal equity to ensure fairness across the team. Candidates closer to the lower end of the range are typically building their expertise while those at the higher end bring significant experience and specialized knowledge.
