Requirements:
- The Data Center Technician is expected to address customer inquiries via support tickets from inception through resolution with minimal or no supervision.
- Support data center operations and IT systems network services business critical processes and procedures to support the delivery of customer products and services;
- Provide technical and operational support including as it relates to colocation connectivity and network products and services.
- Support internal networks IT infrastructure computers electronics and telephone systems.
- Install and deploy IT and network hardware;
- Make and run patch cables as well as verify testing cable paths.
- Support maintenance of infrastructure network equipment and network services including but not limited to break-fix work.
