As a Data Center Site Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and management of our data center campuses. Your main responsibility will be to establish and maintain an environment characterized by high operational tempo and efficiency across all teams dedicated to supporting the data center. You will lead high-priority projects address critical issues promptly and ensure timely and accurate communication with executive management demonstrating both strategic insight and operational leadership will ensure that our data center operations not only meet but exceed industry standards supporting the companys mission to deliver reliable and efficient infrastructure solutions. By championing innovation and maintaining a focus on operational excellence you will be a vital catalyst for growth and success within our data center operations.

Collaboration and effective communication are key components of this positive relationships across the entire data center portfolio both domestically and internationally ensuring that information flows efficiently and initiatives are aligned with organizational goals. nPartnering closely with senior leadership throughout the portfolio will be essential in advancing and effectively deploying standard procedures and industry standards. nPlay an instrumental role in driving a culture of continual improvement and boosting morale within your site.

10 years of data center leadership experience or similar critical operations degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology Computer Science Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field. nExtensive hands-on experience in data center operations combined with vocational training or certifications in relevant technical senior leadership experience in leading data center operations. nExperience with managing OpEx/CapEx budgets

A Masters degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology Business Administration Engineering Management or a related team.n15 years of data center leadership experience or similar critical operations in procurement standard methodologies and contract industry certifications such as Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP) Data Center Operations Manager (DCOM) or equivalent in site headcount planning forecasting recruitment and development including performance and compensation in developing implementing and using key performance indicators. nAbility to deliver comprehensive presentations to director-level leadership on a weekly monthly and quarterly working with the ISDCO (Infrastructure Services Data Center Operations) Capacity Management team to optimize the availability and utilization of data center space and experience in leading and managing senior-level individual contributors managers and technical staff.
