Job Overview:

As a Data Analyst at Jonesbororealtycompany you will be responsible for collecting organizing and analyzing large sets of data to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes. You will work closely with our sales marketing and operations teams to identify trends patterns and opportunities that will help drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect clean and organize large sets of data from various sources

- Develop and maintain databases to store and manage data

- Conduct statistical analysis and interpret data to identify trends and patterns

- Create reports and visualizations to present data findings to stakeholders

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions

- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance data quality and accuracy

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field

- 2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role

- Proficient in SQL Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau Power BI etc.)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets

- Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus
