Overview
We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team with opportunities available from entry-level to senior-level roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for importing cleansing validating and analyzing data to support business decision-making and improve data quality. Depending on experience the analyst may work independently or collaboratively with cross-functional teams and may contribute to mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Import clean validate and analyze data from various sources.
• Identify trends patterns and insights to support business objectives.
• Present findings using charts graphs tables and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Support data quality initiatives and recommend improvements.
• (For senior levels) Lead data projects mentor junior analysts and contribute to strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL Python or other data tools is an asset.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Professional certifications (e.g. CAP Microsoft Certified Data Analyst) are a plus for senior-level candidates.

Preferred Experience

• Level 1: Entry-level candidates with academic or internship experience in data analysis.
• Level 2: Mid-level professionals with hands-on experience in data analytics and reporting.
• Level 3: Senior analysts with extensive experience capable of leading projects and mentoring others.
