Job Summary
Data Analyst
The Data Analyst will be responsible for managing Division wide centralized data. This role will build reliable dashboards and validate/clean the data to ensure accurate insights are available for team members and leaders. The role will drive data into actionable business insights.
Core Responsibilities
1. Data Collection & Preparation
- Collect data from systems (ERP production quality finance HR)
- Clean and validate data for accuracy and consistency
2. Analysis & Insight Generation
- Identify trends patterns and root causes (e.g. scrap downtime turnover)
- Use statistical and analytical techniques to interpret data
3. Reporting & Visualization
- Build dashboards and reports (Power BI Tableau Excel)
- Translate complex data into clear simple insights for leaders
4. Business Partnering
- Work with operations finance HR and engineering
- Define KPIs and measure performance against business goals
5. Decision Support
- Provide recommendations to improve:
