Key Responsibilities:

- Collect organize and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends patterns and insights

- Develop and maintain databases data systems and data analytics tools to support business operations

- Utilize statistical methods to analyze data and create reports and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions

- Identify and recommend improvements to data collection processes and systems

- Communicate complex data findings in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Data Science Mathematics Statistics Computer Science or a related field

- 2 years of experience in data analysis preferably in a real estate or related industry

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets

- Proficiency in SQL Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

- Experience with statistical analysis and data mining techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
