DATA ANALYST

Jonesbororealtycompany is a leading real estate company based in Jonesboro offering a wide range of services including property management sales and leasing. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis.

As a Data Analyst you will play a crucial role in our company by collecting analyzing and interpreting data to help us make informed business decisions. You will work closely with various departments including sales marketing and finance to identify trends patterns and insights that will drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect organize and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends and patterns

- Develop and maintain databases and data systems necessary for projects and departmental functions

- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to present data in a clear and concise manner

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide data-driven solutions

- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to optimize processes and systems

- Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize data efficiency and quality

- Identify and troubleshoot data anomalies and discrepancies

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Mathematics Statistics Computer Science or a related field

- 2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI)

- Experience working with large datasets and databases

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Knowledge of real estate industry and market trends is a plus
