Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize data from various sources including electronic health records surveys and other databases
- Analyze data using statistical methods and data visualization tools to identify trends and patterns
- Develop and maintain databases and data systems to track and report on key performance indicators
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide insights to inform decision-making
- Prepare and present reports dashboards and visualizations to communicate data findings to stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting
- Adhere to data privacy and security protocols to ensure the confidentiality of patient information
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Data Analytics Statistics Mathematics Computer Science or a related field
- 2 years of experience in data analysis preferably in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL Excel and Tableau
- Experience with electronic health records and healthcare data standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
